David Codrea has a Gun Rights Examiner piece linked from his War on Guns site, where he takes a look at the Montana Firearms Freedom Act from an educated laymans' standpoint.
I'll admit that the chances of this suit finding a favorable resolution are slim; but being in the Montana district, I would hope that some of the pioneer spirit would remain. Tennessee passed a similar law recently as well ..... the conventional wisdom is that they did so as a largely symbolic gesture.
We will see ...
