... and I'll pose it to you: Should 18 year-olds have to certify their franchise by passing the same citizenship test that legal immigrants do?

And I realize that there would have to be a constitutional amendment to make this happen. But given how ignorant younger people are (just watch any random Jaywalkng segment) you have to wonder if we might not want them to be able to vote until they can show some knowledge about what the fuck's going on.
