Update: Since some of these useful idiots seem to believe the movie hype, here's something for them to consider. Back in 1966, Daniel Boone was starting it's third season, and the episode entitled The Enchanted Gun dispels the notion of the firearm as magical talisman against evil. In it, Daniel gives his rifle to an Indian brave, then sets out to prove that the gun is not enchanted by making the brave miss (several times) while hunting Boone.
