Law enforcementin' is hard

Sebastian has a post up about whether or not gunnies are better off without the ATF. Ian Argent quickly describes why having the FBI take over is a bad idea:

The FBI is just anti-bill-of-rights period.

Law enforcement overall is agin' the bill of rights - pesky rights getting in the way of them doing the job the people want done.

There's no good solution, though I'd rather see the FBI get the job and the ATF die a quick and painful death.
