Cathy Cruz Marrero (whiney bitch), the lady who was texting as she fell into a mall fountain, is sueing:

Thankfully, she wasn’t hurt, at least physically. Emotionally, she’s been a wreck ever since the video has been posted on YouTube. Mortified and a bit concerned over why no one came to help her, we’ve learned she’s hired a lawyer, who plans to conduct an investigation into what happened.

The reason no came to help is that you got up, wrung yourself out, and continued on your way. But I can tell you what happened ...

You're an idiot who was texting when you should have been paying attention to what you were doing (walking) and you fell headlong into a mall fountain. Which was caught on video tape. And then posted on YouTube for all to share in your stupidity.

So now you want to sue.

I hope the mall tells you to get bent.
